Our terms are written in the effort to provide you with any information you are in search of and to make the best informed decision with which chip is best for your vehicle. For every one of our products we offer a lifetime warranty. This warranty will covers any malfunction that occurs to the chip which results in the chip no longer functioning. For example, if the curcuit board is somhow damaged and the chip no longer works we will cover it through your warranty.
To initiate a warranty request we ask that you please contact us and explain the issue you are having with your chip. Once we have confirmed and accepted your request we will ask that you ship the chip to our warehouse were it can be further tested, we will try our best to accomodate you but shipping cost will be the buyers responsibility.
Once we receive the damaged chip we will either repair the chip back to near original condition if possible. If not possible we will replace your chip with a new unit. We would also like to point out that if we find that the chip is not damaged and is still in working condition we will send the original chip back to you.
For every one of our products that we offer here at Performance Chipz we offer a 40-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your chip for any reason we will accept a return. Before you initiate a return request we humbly ask that you please contact us so that we may try to help resolve any issue or confusion you may be having with your chip.
If you have any questions about our chips please do not hesitate to contact us at your convenience, we greatly enjoy helping our customers and are filled with joy when we encounter a customer who happily experiences the boost of performance and fuel savings our chips give.
If after you have spoken with us and still feel that you would like to return your chip we will provide you with the address of one of our nearest warehouses to you. Unfortunately we will be unable to pay for the shipping costs for your return. Due to cost of restocking, reconditioning, testing and reprogramming we must unfortunately charge a $17 restocking fee, we have tried our best to minimize this fee as much as possible and the best we are able to do is $17, at this price we are still taking on over half of the cost of restocking and will try our best to lower the fee even more in the future.
We ask that for the return to be valid and the refund be successfully processed that the chip we in the same box and in new condition, just as received. We are required to test the unit that you send back and if we find that the unit is in worst condition the it was originally when initially shipping it to you we will unfortunately be unable to process your return and we will send the unit back to you.
We do our best to outline the easy-installation instructions for our chips but unfortunately have come across customers who have had trouble with following the instructions, and that is alright, feel free to contact us and we will walk you through successfully installing your new performance chip.
We believe that our customers shouldnt have to wait any longer then they need to, to receive their new performance chip. This is why we strive to send our every order that we receive within 24 hours during business days, and in most cases we ship out your order within a few hours of receiving it. We ship all of our products via USPS and we can practically guarantee that if your order is received within 4 hours of the post office close then your chip will be shipped that very same day.
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order we ask that you please contact us immediately, since we ship out orders quickly it is crucial that you try to contact us as soon as possible. If we unfortunately do not receive your request to cancel your order before it is shipped then we ask that you please accept the shipment so that you can please send back to us and receive your refund. Please do not refuse acceptance of your package as doing this will greatly delay your refund.
